Primary Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible to increase sales (AUM) as per targets in addition to co-ordinating, managing and monitoring the activities of Individual channels in the assigned region.

Job Purpose To help Head-R&T in devising new procedures and guidelines for improvements in existing products and services / operationalising new products etc.
Primary Responsibilities To study the process/ product of his/ her work area and identify critical sub-processes
Be aware of and drive the SLAs as per the MoU
Identify MIS requirements to ensure process is in control for the work areas and implement the same with R&T

Primary Expectations
Job Purpose Senior Resource to lead the 3-4 member team of the UTI AMC implanted at the registrar’s office to monitor the quality of service provided by the registrar. The team is currently based out of the office of M/s Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd at Madhapur, Hyderabad. The position may later evolve to manage a larger group and / or be moved to another location.
Primary Responsibilities To ensure that R&T functions as per the Agreement entered into between UTI AMC and the R&T
To utilize the team to oversee/ audit on an ongoing basis the bulk processes such as dividend processing, brokerage runs, NFOs etc. and take preventive action thereof
To utilize the team to audit daily processes such as transactions, complaint resolution, despatch etc
Measure Service Levels from time to time.  These may be relied upon for payment of incentives and penalties
Suggest process and system improvements on a continuous basis as required by the Corporate Office and ensure their implementation once approved
To interact with various teams at the RTA to assess their ability to handle the process
Impart product/ process related training as required from time to time
Periodically review the activities with the Senior Management of the R&T and report the same to Head – R&T
Generate periodic MIS and report to Corporate Office on all the above
Eligibility Criteria / Knowledge Skills Candidate from AMC only apply
